Working With Me
Hi! You are so welcome here.
I am Elizabeth.
Great relationships and great sex start with safety, self-confidence, playful curiosity, and effective communication. When we feel safe, we have the capacity to play and be curious.
As an embodied sex and relationship coach, I invite clients into the transformative power of embodied self-awareness and pleasure. By cultivating a deeper understanding of self and the role of pleasure (sexual & non-sexual), you gain confidence and resilience, access inner resources, and new ways of relating to self and others become possible.
I help individuals and couples shed shame, embrace pleasure, and cultivate more connected relationships. Intimacy is not just about sex — it’s about presence, vulnerability, and joy in every aspect of life.
You are the expert of your lived experiences. My role is to create a safe space where you can be curious, learn, and play, and in doing so, achieve greater self-understanding, growth, and healing.
My work is trauma-informed and non-clinical (I don’t diagnose). I work from a holistic, somatic approach, working with the mind-body connection and the felt sense (what’s happening inside your body). I draw from different modalities and personal experience to walk alongside my clients, inviting them to be curious, cheering them on, and celebrating their growth every step of the way.
If you are ready to be curious about what is possible, I’m waiting with the pompoms!

About Me
Why trust me to hold space for you?
Trusting someone with your stories, questions, and curiosities takes a giant step of faith. This is something I take very seriously, and that I hold with the utmost of respect.
When working with my clients, the space I hold is grounded in compassion, ethical values, consent, and confidentiality. My work is informed by various modalities. If something doesn’t work, we pivot. I do not diagnose, neither am I the expert. You are the expert of your lived experience, and through compassionate inquiry, curiosity, and exploration, I help clients to discover a pathway to greater self-acceptance, guilt-free pleasure, deepened intimacy, and greater sexual satisfaction.
Everybody, and every body deserves safety, belonging, love, respect, and pleasure.
I have come to believe that pleasure is healing.
My mission is to help individuals and couples shed shame, embrace pleasure, heal past wounds, and cultivate more meaningful relationships – and have amazing sex – no matter your age.
My husband and I have been together for more than 35 amazing years. We navigate the highs, lows, and mundane moments of life with the intention to be each other’s greatest support.
Although I am a heterosexual, cisgender female, my work is rooted in attunement, consent, and embodied listening — offering a space where all identities, bodies, and relationship journeys are welcome.
